eApply supports a fully digital workflow emphasizing transparency and quality assurance of critical information for all participants. Organizations can independently develop new grant schemes, announcements, and forms. The platform is user-friendly and self-explanatory, designed for universal accessibility. eApply seamlessly integrates with existing organizational systems, including archives, financial systems, and access controls. Additionally, it offers integration with external services such as ID-porten, Vipps, the Entity Register, the Population Register, and SvarUt, among others.

eApply is delivered as a standard cloud-based service, highly flexible and designed to provide significant freedom for customization and expansion to meet individual client needs.

  • Fully Digital Workflow

    Featuring a web-based and universally designed user interface, the platform is accessible and straightforward for both caseworkers and applicants. eApply encompasses the entire process, from setting up new grant schemes to outcome reporting on the impacts of allocated funds. It complies with ELMER 3.0 and universal design standards (WCAG 2.1).

  • Application Portal

    Through the Application Portal, applicants can easily access an overview of their current and past cases, application deadlines, and the status of active applications. The portal facilitates seamless communication between applicants and caseworkers, ensuring thorough documentation and history tracking.

  • Case Processing

    eApply offers flexible case processing capabilities, allowing each announcement within a grant scheme to have its unique workflow. Caseworkers can define the steps a case should undergo, with options to process cases individually or in bulk. The platform provides both applicants and caseworkers with clear insights into the status of case processing, featuring automated notifications and deadline tracking, as well as comprehensive progress and final reporting.

  • Expert Evaluation

    The system includes functionality to send applications for external expert evaluation, enabling caseworkers to assign one or more applications to specialists with deep expertise in specific fields. These experts can access applications and attachments, providing evaluations through an external portal without internal network access.

  • Publication of Allocations

    eApply simplifies the process of publishing allocations to websites, with designated web editors approving and potentially editing content before publication.

  • Security and Compliance

    Divided into two separate web portals for applicants and caseworkers, eApply enhances flexibility and security. The solution adheres to recommendations from the Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP) for secure web applications and is delivered as a cloud service on the Microsoft Azure platform, certified in accordance with ISO27001.
